TPO Method

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing Method
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is a single-ply reflective roofing membrane made from polyprophylene and ethylene-propylene rubber polymerized together. It is typically installed in a fully adhered or mechanically attached system, allowing the white membrane to remain exposed throughout the life of the roof. The cost may be higher or lower depending on the tear-off and removal cost of the existing roof, insulation layers, and the number of penetrations on your flat roof. For comparison, PVC and TPO roofs cost an average of $5.50 to $7.50 per square foot installed, including materials and labor warranty.
